Since the introduction of our Service Agreement Management (SAM) solution in 2017 the market has responded positively. We are proud to announce new software updates and features in SAM 2.0 which we plan to launch beginning of Q4.
SAM 2.0 will launch in October 2018 with new design and features making the process of selling and administrating local service agreements even more automatized and secure. The workshops and dealers will be able to act proactively and check the status and current economic value of the service agreements. SAM 2.0 will also include a dashboard enabling the management to track the KPIs of the service agreement.
