The onboarding of new dealerships and workshops on OmniCar’s solution continues. Among several new customers, two of the latest workshops – Undal Autoservice ApS with more than 40 years of experience and Dalmose Auto – have both chosen OmniCar due to new market demands.

Both workshops have witnessed a market in development which for them has required a new strategy and an increased sale of service agreements to obtain customer loyalty.

Dalmose Auto has tried selling service agreements, but realised they needed a solution that was easier for their customers to use along with being less time-consuming for their employees who spent a lot of time on administration. These requirements have been met by OmniCar SAM.
